Dans ce cas, l’effet n’est pas significatif (p-value=0,39). L’effet de l’oxygénation est testé en comparant les abondances relatives des sous-unités entre les deux groupes de crabes à t1. L’oxygénation n’a d’effet ni sur la composition des dodécamères (p-value=0,91) ni sur la composition des hexamères (p-value=0,82). Comme l’oxygénation n’a pas d’effet, on peut tester l’effet global de l’acclimatation en regroupant tous les individus et en comparant les compositions en sous-unités des dodécamères entre t0 et t1. L’acclimatation n’a pas d’effet non-plus avec ces données sur la composition en sous-unités (p-value=0,60). Les prélévements sur les crabes ont été réalisés de manière appariée ; il est donc possible de tester l’effet de l’oxygénation non sur les abondances mesurées à t1 mais sur les variations relatives observées pour chaque sous-unité et pour chaque crabe, ce qui permet de s’affranchir des variations interindividuelles. En considérant les dodécamères pour lesquels les données sont disponibles à t0 et t1, le test de l’effet de l’oxygénation n’est pas significatif (p-value=0,95). Les résultats obtenus montrent que l’acclimatation en aquarium n’a pas d’effet sur la composition en sous-unités. L’oxygénation variable (alternance hypoxie / normoxie) n’a pas d’effet non plus sur la composition en sous-unités. En revanche, une sous-unité est observée uniquement dans la fraction dodécamérique pour tous les échantillons (sous-unité à 75449 Da) (figure 4.9, 4.10). 4.5.4 Résultats expérience c : couplage salinité/hypoxie Proportions des complexes Après 2 épisodes d’acclimatation en hypoxie progressive pendant 6 jours à des salinités différentes, les données observées ne montrent pas d’effet des différentes salinités sur les concentrations en protéines à t1 (R 2 =0,07 ; p-value=0,47) ou sur les variations relatives de concentrations entre t0 et t1 (R 2 =0 ; p-value=0,85).
