Communications scientifiques – 20 minutes + questions<br />
Elles sont organisées cette année selon les axes et tâches de l'ANR Deep-Oases en prévision<br />
de la présentation des résultats de l'ANR début Mars.<br />
- Comparative evolution of chemosynthesis-based deep-sea ecosystems (CBEs).<br />
1a- Evolution history of deep-sea “chemosynthetic species”.<br />
Task 1: look for modern radiation events (vicariance) between vent and seep fauna<br />
based on the study of a few complexes of cryptic species. This study will be linked with the<br />
phylogeography of specific micro-eukaryotes living in bivalves.<br />
Task 2: trace back and date past colonization pathways along ridges and deep<br />
oceanic basins from nucleotidic polymorphisms of both mitochondrial and nuclear genes<br />
and study the role of “food falls” (massive organic inputs) as stepping stones between other<br />
reduced habitats.<br />

sulphide in the medium.<br />
