Loaf size 1400 g
Please work your way slowly up to this size. Begin
by testing bread recipes for 1200 g.
Due to the rising process, there is a risk, particularly
with doughs that rise significantly (e.g.
white bread, sweet bread), that the dough will
overflow the bread pan.
If there is still space in the pan after baking,
you can gradually increase the quantity of ingredients.
Thank you for your understanding!
LICHT (light)
Press the button once to turn on the lamp and
monitor the baking process.
Press the button again to turn off the light. The
light switches off automatically if you do not
press the button within one minute.
ZEIT (time)
Use this button to set a later start time for the baking
program.
To set the delay time:
1. Select your program (17), loaf size (18) and
crust colour (20).
2. Select your program (time) button. The delay
time should include the operation time for
the selected program.
Example: It is 8:30 pm and you want the bread
to be ready to serve at 7:00 am on the next
day. You should set the delay time to 10 hours
and 30 minutes by pressing the ZEIT (time)
button until 10:30 appear on the display (19).
The increment for each press is 10 minutes.
3. Press the START / STOPP (start / stop) button to
activate this delay program. The colon in the
time indicator will blink, and the LCD will count
down the remaining time.
NOTE: The maximum delay time is 13 hours. Do
not use any perishable ingredients (e.g. eggs, fresh
milk, fruits, onions) when using the delay feature.
PROZESS (cycle)
Use this button to set up your own baking program
for number 12 – HAUSGEMACHT (homemade).
PAUSE (pause)
When the program is running, you can press the
PAUSE (pause) button for approximately 1.5 seconds
at any time to interrupt the baking process.
The program will be paused, but the setting will
be memorized, and the remaining time will flash
on the LCD.
Press the PAUSE (pause) button again to resume
the program.
Keep Warm
Bread can be automatically kept warm for 1
hour after baking. During this warming time,
“WARMHALTEN” (15) will be shown on diplay.
If you would like to remove the bread, switch
the program off by pressing the START / STOPP
(start / stop) button.
Memory
If the power supply is interrupted while the program
is running, bread-making program will
resume automatically within 10 minutes, even
without pressing the START / STOPP (start / stop)
button.
If the interruption time exceeds 10 minutes, the
program will not resume, and you must discard
the ingredients in the bread pan and add the ingredients
again before restarting the program.
However, if the dough has not entered the rising
phase when the power supply is interrupted, you
can press the START / STOPP (start / stop) button
when the power comes back on to repeat the
program from the beginning.
