Export refunds (article 20)
To the extent necessary to enable products to be exported in economically significant quantities on the basis of
the prices on the world market, the difference between those prices and the prices in the Community may be covered
by an export refund. It may be varied according to use or destination and is granted on application.
III. PRICES ON THE INTERNAL MARKET
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EEC) No 2108/76 of 26 August 1976, as replaced by Regulation
(EEC) No 2682/77 of 5 December 1977, the Commission determines each week the average producer prices referred to
in Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 337/79 on the basis of the average of the prices recorded on the
representative market or markets in each Member State, taking into account the extent to which they are
representative, the comments of the Member States and the alcoholic strength and quality of the table wines.
