• Injection d ’un traceur (thallium ou MIBI)<br />
• Sensibilité 80%, Spécificité 85 %<br />
• Permet de localiser le ou les territoires ischémiques<br />
• Interprétable (BBG, Wolf-Parkinson-White, PM)<br />
• Diminution des faux positifs (femme, hypertendu)<br />
• Indications : ECG d ’effort non contributif (qs),<br />
évaluation d ’une revascularisation
