1NTKOL)UCT:ION AUX CHAPITIIES IV ET V Conformément à l'article 23 de son Statut, la Corn tient chaque année une session qui s'ouvre le 15 juin. En outre, lorsque les circonstances l'exigent, It. Président convoque la Coui en session extraordinaire. Ida Cour s'est réunie pour la première fois du 30 janvier au 24 mars 1922. Cette scssion, intituléc « préliminair? », est celle où fut élabort! le Règlement. La première session ordinaire de la Cour, qui s'ouvrit lc I j juin 1922, prit fin le 12 ;tc)Ût suivant ; elle fut consacrde ailx avis consultatifs :nc 1, sur la désignation du délégué ouvrier des Pays-Bas à la troisiCrne Conf(!rencc internationale du Travail, ri no. 2 ct 3, sur la cornpStcnce du Bureau international du Travail en matièri. agricolc. Ida deuxième session extraordinaire, tcnue di1 8 janvii:r au 7 février 1923, fut convoquée pour donner un avis sur les c1Ccr;ts de national.itE promulgués en Tunisie et au Maroc (zone française) le 8 novzmbrl: 1921. Lors de sa troisième session ordinaire (1 j j uin 1923 - I j s-.ptembrz r923), la Cour t,rancha l'affaire du Wimbledolz, qui est son premier arrêt, donna une réponse à la demande d'avis no j sur le statut de la Carélie orientale et rendit ses avis no 6 sur les colons allemands en Pologne, et no 7 sur l'acquisition de la nationalité polonaise. La q uatrièm. session extraordinaire, tenue du 12 novembre au 6 décembre 1923, fut consacrée à l'avis consultatif n' 8 conccrnant la question de la délimitation de la frontiére palono-tchécoslovaque (affaire de Jaworzina). Au cours de sa cinquième session ordinaire (16 juin 1924 -4 septembre 1924), la Cour rendit ses arrêts no 2 sur les concessions Mavrommatis en Palestine (qu.:stion clc la compktence) et no 3 sur l'interprétation du paragraphe 4 de l'annexe suivant l'article 179 du Traité de Neuilly. Au cuurs de la sixième session extraordinaire (12 janvier 192 j -26 mars 192 j), la Cour rendit son arrêt no 4 sur l'interprétütion dc l'arrêt no 3, son arrêt no j sur les concessions Mavrommatis à Jérusalem, que l'arrêt no 2 avait retenues pour statuer sur le fond, et son avis consultatif no IO sur l'échange des populations grecquw et turqucs. Ida septième session extraordinaire (14 avril- 16 mai 1925) fut coni;acrér à l'avis consultatif n" 11 sur le service postal polonais à Dantzig.
