QUESTIONS DE M. PETRÉN, DE SIR HUMPHREY WALDOCK ET DE M. RUDA M. P ~ R E N : J'ai deux questions a poser : l'une aux conseils du Maroc, de la Mauritanie et de l'Algérie. et l'autre au conseil de la Mauritanie seulement. La première question adressée aux conseils du Maroc, de la Mauritanie et de l'Algérie est la suivante : Est-ce que des réponses aux questions adressées 5 la Cour seraient de nature a apporter une clarification juridique d'une situation existant aujourd'hui et, dans ce cas, a quel égard est-ce que Iw réponses de la Cour auraient un tel effet ? (Voir ci-après p. 249-250, 263 et 302.) La deuxième question, adressée au conseil de la Mauritanie, est la suivante : A quel moment et dans quel contexte est-ce que le terme c( ensemble mauritanien >) a fait son apparition pour la première fois ? (Voir ci-apres p. 269-270.) Sir Humphrey WALDOCK : The representatives of the Government of Morocco and the representatives of the Government of Mauritania have bolh spoken of a certain overlapping of the intetests of their countries in the territory to which the request for an advisory opinion relates. Would the representatives of the Government of Morocco please assist the Court by indicating more specifically the effect which they consider the alleged overlapping interests of the two countries should be given by the Court in replying to the two questions posed in General Assembly resolution 3292 (XXIX), and in particular to the second question ? (See, ir!fru. pp. 248-249.) Would the represenlatives of the Government of Mauritania please assist the Court by furnishing it with their views on the same point ? (See, i/$ro. pp. 268- 269.) M. RUDA : Je désire poser une question a la délégation mauritanienne. Je prie la délégation de prendre les cartes nos 2 et 3 annexées a son exposé écrit. 1-a carte no 2 s'appelle (IV, p. 380-38 Il. Si on regarde la carte no 2, on voit que les circuits des parcours de nomadisation ont une direction nord-est-sud-ouest : si on regarde la carte no 3. presque tous les circuits de parcours de nomadisation ont une direction nord-ouest-est. Je demande a la délégation mauritanienne pourquoi la carte d'ensemble a une direction de parcours de nomadisation dimerente de celle de la carte de détails ? (Voir ci-apres p. 288- 292.)
