Cleaning your refrigerator
Warning!!!
Never use gasoline, benzene or similar substances for
cleaning purposes.
• Prior to cleaning, disconnect the power supply of your refrigerator by
unplugging it or turning off the fuse.
• Vapor and vaporized cleaning materials should never be used for cleaning
purposes. In such cases, the vapor might get in contact with the electrical parts in your
refrigerator and cause short circuit or electric shock.
• Clean the inner walls of your refrigerator with a soft cloth or sponge soaked with carbonated
warm water (soda). Wring well the cloth or sponge before use. Never use scratching or
corrosive materials (thinner, bleaching liquid, powder detergent).
• Use only warm water for cleaning the seal of the door.
The promotion label stuck on the door of your refrigerator can be removed (Period for
removing is 1 year). To remove this label, pull it up from one corner and pull towards the
opposite direction. If the label is torn into pieces, do not scratch the remaining pieces; remove
the remaining traces of the label by wetting with the aid of a wet sponge.
• Vacuum-clean the dusts on the ventilation grill at the rear side of your refrigerator once a
year.
Protection of plastic surfaces
Do not put the liquid oils or oil-cooked meals in your refrigerator in unsealed containers as
they damage the plastic surfaces of your refrigerator. In case of spilling or smearing oil on the
plastic surfaces, clean and rinse the relevant part of the surface at once with warm water.
