Man schrieb das Jahr 1996 als Adrian Günter seine ersten drei
Iglus im Unterengadiner Ferienort Scuol baute. Der stetige Kreislauf
- aus 3000m 3 Schnee entstehen in 2700 Arbeitsstunden im
Dezember die weissen Unikate, welche im Frühling wieder komplett
schmelzen - wiederholt sich seither Winter für Winter und
dies bereits an sieben Standorten in den Alpen! Während der kurzen
Betriebszeit eines Iglu-Dorfes heissen wir vom Kind bis zur
Oma alle herzlich willkommen. Ob zum Übernachten, für Events
oder einfach einen Besuch an der Iglu-Bar - wir freuen uns auf Sie!
En 1996, Adrian Günter construisit ses trois premiers
igloos sur le village de vacances de Scuol, en Basse-
Engadine. Depuis, chaque hiver, le cycle se répète – 3000m 3
de neige et 2700 heures de travail permettent à ces spécimens
blancs uniques de surgir en décembre pour fondre complètement
au printemps - et désormais en sept endroits différents des Alpes!
Pendant la courte période d’ouverture du village d’igloos, du plus
jeune au plus âgé, chacun est bienvenu. Que ce soit pour passer
la nuit, pour des évènements particuliers ou tout simplement passer
un moment au bar de l’igloo, nous nous réjouissons de votre
venue!
Correva l’anno 1996 allorché Adrian Günter costruì i primi
tre igloo a Scuol, una località turistica della Bassa Engadina. Da
allora, inverno dopo inverno, in ora sette località delle Alpi, nel
mese di dicembre vengono creati da 3000m 3 di neve in 2700 ore
di lavoro costruzioni uniche che in primavera si sciolgono completamente!
Nel breve periodo di vita dei villaggi igloo saremo lieti di
offrire ai nostri ospiti, grandi e piccini, pernottamenti ed esperienze
in un ambiente unico. Chi lo desidera può anche solo venirci a

In 1996, Adrian Günter built his first 3 igloos in Scuol, a
vacation resort in the Lower Engadine. Since then, a continuous
cycle repeats itself every winter at already seven different locations
in the Alps; 2700 hours are spent in December to convert
3000m 3 of snow into the unique white igloos that will completely
melt away again in spring. We warmly welcome young and old
alike during that short time period that an igloo village is in operation.
Whether you want to stay overnight, attend an event, or just
visit the igloo bar, we happily look forward to your visit.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen:
Bei Absage bis 4 Wochen vor dem Anlass entstehen keine Kosten, bis
1 Woche im Voraus sind 50%, bei weniger als einer Woche 100% des Arrangement-Preises
zu bezahlen. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, den Anlass abzusagen
(z.B. bei ungünstigen oder schlechten Wetterverhältnissen, Einstellung
des Bergbahnbetriebs oder Schneemangel). Kann die Iglu-Übernachtung nicht
stattfinden, werden Sie telefonisch informiert. Unbedingt aktuelle Mobiltelefonnummer
im Buchungsoffice hinterlassen. Kann der Veranstalter bei Absage dem
Kunden eine gleichwertige Alternative anbieten und der Kunde akzeptiert diese,
erstatten wir im Nachhinein kein Geld zurück. Kann der Kunde die Iglu-Übernachtung
nicht wahrnehmen, wegen schlechten Strassenverhältnissen, Stau
oder zu später Anreise (die letzte Bergbahn ist schon gefahren), geht dies zu
Lasten des Kunden, also keine Geldrückerstattung. Die Buchung ist erst mit Eingang
der Zahlung definitiv. Der Aufenthalt sowie An-/Abreise erfolgen auf eigenes
Risiko. Gerichtstand ist Sitz der GmbH.

En cas d‘annulation jusqu‘à 4 semaines avant le départ, aucun frais
d‘annulation n‘est retenu, 50% du prix est retenu jusqu‘à une semaine
et 100% du prix de l‘arrangement si l‘annulation intervient moins d‘une semaine
avant le départ. L‘opérateur se réserve le droit d‘annuler l‘activité (p.e. en cas
de mauvaises conditions météorologiques, de manque de neige ou de fonctionnement
du funiculaire). Si la nuitée dans nos igloos s’avère impossible, vous
serez contacté par téléphone. Vous devez indiquer obligatoirement votre numéro
de téléphone portable actuel au moment de la réservation. En cas d’annulation,
si l’opérateur peut proposer au client une offre de même valeur et si le client
accepte cette offre, l’opérateur ne procède à aucun remboursement. Si le client
se voit dans l‘impossibilité de participer à la nuitée à l‘igloo en raison du trafic,
de bouchons ou de retard d’arrivée (le dernier train de montagne est déjà parti),
la réservation sera aux frais du client, et aucun remboursement ne sera accordé.
La réservation est définitive avec l’encaissement du montant dû. Le séjour ainsi
que le voyage aller et retour ont lieu à vos risques. Tribunal compétent : tribunal
du siège social de la société.
Condizioni generali di contratto:
In caso di disdetta fino a 4 settimane prima dell’evento non risultano
spese, fino ad 1 settimana prima si deve pagare il 50% e con meno di
una settimana si deve pagare il 100% del prezzo concordato. L’organizzatore si
riserva il diritto di disdire l’evento, (ad es. in caso di condizioni atmosferiche sfavorevoli
o cattive, per ragioni da ricondurre agli impianti di risalita o alla mancanza
di neve). Se il pernottamento in Igloo non potrà aver luogo, lei sarà informato
telefonicamente. Lasciare assolutamente gli attuali numeri di cellulare all’ufficio
prenotazioni. Se l’organizzatore, in caso di disdetta, è in grado di offrire al cliente
un’alternativa di egual valore e il cliente l’accetta, successivamente non ha luogo
alcun rimborso. Se il cliente non può usufruire del pernottamento in Igloo a causa
di cattive condizioni delle strade, code o arrivo in ritardo (l’ultimo treno della
ferrovia di montagna è già partito), è il cliente stesso a farsi carico di ciò e non
ha luogo alcun rimborso. La prenotazione viene considerata definitiva solo con
l’arrivo del pagamento. Il soggiorno, così come il viaggio di andata e di ritorno
sono a proprio rischio. Il foro competente per le parti è del GmbH..
Terms and Conditions:
For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the event, there is no cost. For
cancellations up to 1 week in advance 50% of the arranged price has to
be paid. For cancellations less than a week before the event 100% of the arranged
price has to be paid. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event (e.g.
due to bad weather conditions, poor mountain railway services or lack of snow).
If the Igloo stay cannot take place we will inform you by telephone. Please give
your current mobile phone number to our office staff. If the event organizer can
provide an equivalent alternative, and the alternative is accepted by the client,
then no expenses will be reimbursed. If the customer cannot take part in the igloo
overnight stay due to bad road conditions, traffic or a late arrival (after the last
mountain train has left) no expenses will be reimbursed. The booking is finalized
at the time of receiving the customer’s payment. The stay, including inbound and
outbound journeys, is at the traveler‘s own risk. Jurisdiction is of the place of the
Iglu-Dorf GmbH’s domicile.
