d. If the ex-factory price of the goods offered by the competing Turkish bidder<br />

(after deduction therefrom of any customs duties and similar levies on such goods<br />

to be borne by such bidder) plus inland freight, insurance and other costs of delivery<br />

to the site of use in the Project, is equal to or lower than the delivered price of the<br />

imported goods arrived at under c above, and other terms and conditions are satisfactory,<br />

then the Turkish bid may be considered the lowest evaluated bid.<br />

GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO DEVELOPMENT CREDIT<br />

AGREEMENTS DATED JANUARY 31, 1969<br />

Article I<br />

APPLICATION TO DEVELOPMENT CREDIT AGREEMENTS<br />

SECTION 1.01. Application o1 General Conditions. These General Conditions<br />

set forth certain terms and conditions generally applicable to development credits<br />

granted by the Association to its members and shall apply to any development<br />

credit agreement providing for any such development credit to such extent and<br />

subject to such modifications as shall be provided in such agreement.<br />

SECTION 1.02. Inconsistency with Development Credit Agreements. If any<br />

provision of a development credit agreement is inconsistent with a provision of<br />

these General Conditions, the provision of the agreement shall govern.<br />

Article II<br />

DEFINITIONS; HEADINGS<br />

SECTION 2.01. Definitions. The following terms have the following meanings<br />

wherever used in these General Conditions:<br />

1. The term Association means International Development Association.<br />

2. The term Bank means International Bank for Reconstruction and<br />

Development.<br />

3. The term Development Credit Agreement means the particular development<br />

credit agreement to which these General Conditions shall have been made applicable,<br />

as such agreement may be amended from time to time; and such term inclu<strong>des</strong> these<br />

General Conditions as thus made applicable, all agreements supplemental to the<br />

Development Credit Agreement and all schedules to the Development Credit Agreement.<br />

4. The term Credit means the development credit provided for in the Development<br />

Credit Agreement.<br />
