PROVISIONS
Article 16
This Agreement shall also apply to Land Berlin, unless the Federal
Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the federal Republic of Germany
notifies the Federal Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Austria
to the contrary within three months after the entry into force of the Agreement.
Article 17
This Agreement shall enter into force simultaneously with the Convention,
as soon as the competent public authorities have notified each other
that the conditions prescribed under their own national legislation have been
met.
