Dans les installations de production pharmaceutique ou
électronique où une propreté extrème s’impose,
l’aménagement intérieur et les techniques de filtration et de
ventilation sont soumis à de grandes exigences. Les systèmes de
cloisons de salles blanches et de plafonds de G+H MONTAGE
Innenausbau répondent à ces exigences avec des modèles en acier
inoxydable, en aluminium ou en tôle d’acier laqué. En complément de
ses systèmes cloisons/plafonds, la société propose, au-delà des travaux
de climatisation et d’installation électrique, des salles blanches clés en
main, y compris les sas d’accès pour le personnel et les matériels.
G+H MONTAGE Innenausbau exerce
son activité dans le second oeuvre
architectural. Elle conçoit, commercialise et installe la
totalité des aménagements intérieurs, plafonds, cloisons,
planchers et revêtements de sol pour les bâtiments
administratifs, les centres commerciaux, les banques, les
hôtels, les gares, les aéroports et autres établissements
publics.
En 1997, la société s’est confrontée à un marché sinistré
dû à la crise structurelle qui secoue le secteur du
bâtiment en Allemagne depuis plusieurs années. Dans ce
contexte défavorable, des mesures de restructuration ont
été nécessaires accompagnées d’une meilleure sélection
des commandes.
Elle a obtenue d‘importants contrats avec l’éditeur
Neven-Dumont de Cologne, la Banque Générale du
Luxembourg, Daimler-Benz à Stuttgart et le groupe
pharmaceutique Boehringer de Mannheim.

beschäftigt sich mit der Planung, dem
Verkauf und der Ausführung von Decken- und
Wandverkleidungen, modernen Kühldeckensystemen,
Metalltrennwänden und Doppelböden in Verwaltungsgebäuden,
Einkaufszentren, Banken, Hotels, Bahnhöfen,
Flughäfen und anderen öffentlichen Einrichtungen.
Die Gesellschaft war 1997 mit einem äußerst
schwierigen Markt konfrontiert, der auf die seit
mehreren Jahren andauernde strukturelle Krise in der
deutschen Bauwirtschaft zurückzuführen ist. Unter
diesen ungünstigen Rahmenbedingungen waren
Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen zusammen mit einer
besseren Auswahl der Aufträge notwendig.
Wichtige Aufträge konnten 1997 beim Verlag Neven-
Dumont, Köln, bei der Banque Générale in Luxembourg,
bei Daimler Benz in Stuttgart und beim Pharmakonzern
Boehringer in Mannheim akquiriert werden.
Wo extreme Reinheit in pharmazeutischen oder elektronischen
Produktionsanlagen vorgeschrieben ist, werden hohe
Anforderungen an den Innenausbau sowie die Filter- und Lüftungstechnik
gestellt. Die Reinraumwand- und Deckensysteme der
G+H MONTAGE Innenausbau werden diesen Ansprüchen mit
Ausführungen in Edelstahl, Aluminium oder Stahlblech gerecht.
Ergänzend zum Wand- und Deckensystem bietet die Gesellschaft
mit den Gewerken lufttechnische Anlagen und Elektroinstallation
ein komplettes Reinraumsystem einschließlich Personal- und
Materialschleusen an.
G+H MONTAGE Innenausbau is engaged in the planning, sale and installation of suspended ceilings,
wall linings, low-temperature ceiling systems (for refrigeration purposes), metal partitions and raised
floors for a wide variety of applications, including administrative buildings, shopping centres, banks, hotels, railway
stations, airports and other public facilities.
The company was confronted with an extremely difficult market in 1997.The reason for this lay in the structural crisis
which has persisted for several years in the German building industry. Given these unfavourable underlying conditions,
it was necessary to implement restructuring measures and at the same time improve the selection of orders.
Important orders received in 1997 included the publishers Neven-Dumont in Cologne, the Banque Générale in Luxembourg,
Daimler Benz in Stuttgart, and the pharmaceutical company Boehringer in Mannheim.
Where extreme cleanliness is required in pharmaceutical or
electronic production plants, high demands are made on the
interior finishing work (walls, ceilings, floors) and on the filter and
ventilation technology. The clean-room wall and ceiling systems from
G+H MONTAGE Innenausbau meet these requirements, with designs
in stainless steel, aluminium or plain steel.
In addition to the wall and ceiling system, the company offers a
complete clean room system, including ventilation, electrical
installations as well as personnel entrance and material supply locks.
