secondo le categorie
“U, G,
C, K1, B1
La categoria identifica l’idoneità
dell’aspiratore al trattamento di
certi tipi di polveri. La categoria
B1 indica l’idoneità dell’aspiratore
secondo certe classi di
esplosioni.
Di seguito si elencano le diverse
categorie indicando come
modificare l’aspiratore per poterlo
rendere idoneo a quella
categoria.
Si precisa che la certificazione
superiore include automaticamente
anche quella inferiore ad
esempio, un aspiratore collaudato
nella categoria C è automaticamente
collaudato anche
per la categoria G ed U.

model.
6.7 - Description of
categories “U,
G, C, K1, B1”
The category identifies the fitness
of the vacuum to treat
certain types of dust. Category
B1 indicates that the vacuum is
fit to treat certain classes of explosives.
The following paragraphs list the
various categories, indicating
how the vacuum can be modified
in order to make it fit for that
category.
Note that the higher certification
automatically includes the lower
one.
For example, an vacuum approved
for category C is automatically
approved for categories
G and U as well.

Categoria “C”:
Per rispondere a questa categoria,
l’aspiratore deve essere dotato
e completato dei seguenti
particolari:
a - filtro “1” fig. 6.7.1 di categoria
C anzichè della categoria
G;
b - ciclone “2” contenuto nella
camera filtrante che convoglia
il prodotto aspirato entro
un contenitore supplementare

The standard vacuum produced
by CFM complies with the pre
requisites of this category.
Category “C”:
To comply with the pre requisites
of this category, the vacuum
must be equipped and completed
with the following components:

chamber to convey the
sucked waste into supplementary

La catégorie identifie l’aptitude
de l’aspirateur au traitement de
certains types de poussières.
La catégorie B1 indique l’homologation
de l’aspirateur suivant
certaines classes d’explosion.
Ci-dessous sont indiquées les
différentes catégories et comment
compléter l’aspirateur pour
le rendre apte à la catégorie.
La certification supérieure inclut
automatiquement celle inférieure;
par exemple un aspirateur
homologué dans la catégorie
C est automatiquement homologué
aussi pour la catégorie
G et U.
Categorie “G”:
L’aspirateur standard produit par
CFM est déjà conforme à cette
catégorie.
Categorie “C”:
Pour être conforme à cette catégorie
l’aspirateur doit être pourvu
des éléments suivants:
a - filtre “1” fig. 6.7.1 de catégorie
C au lieu de la catégorie
G;
b - cyclone “2” contenu dans la
chambre filtrante qui achemine
le produit aspiré dans
un récipient supplémentaire
“3”;

Modelle.
6.7 - Vorschriften
für die Kategorien
“U, G, C,
K1, B1”
Die Verwendungskategorie gibt
die Eignung des Industriesaugers
zur Absaugung bestimmter
Stoffe an. Die Kategorie
B1 gibt beispielsweise an,
daß der Industriesauger für Absaugung
Explosivstäube geeignet
ist. Hier folgend beschreiben
wir die verschiedenen Kategorien
an und geben Hinweise zu
den verschiedene entsprechende
Umrüstungen. Die Zertifikation
eines Geräts für eine obere
Kategorie bedeutet automatisch,
daß das Gerät auch für die untere
Kategorien geeignet ist.
Ein Industriesauger, der in der
Kategorie C abgenommen wurde,
ist automatisch auch für die
Kategorie G und U angenommen.
Kategorie “G”:
CFM Industriesaugerentsprichen
dieser Kategorie.
Kategorie “C”:
Um dieser Kategorie zu entsprechen,
muß der Industriesauger
mit den folgenden Zubehörteilen
ausgestattet sein:
a - Filter “1” Abb. 6.7.1 der Kategorie
C anstatt der Gruppe
G;
b - Zyklon “2” in der Filterkammer,
der das Sauggut
in einen Papptonne “3” befördert;
