3. inStallation anD Start<br />

3.1 installation<br />

installation and service by qualified personnel only! Assemble the pump only<br />

after having ended all welding and brazing works on the hosing. Before installing<br />

the pump, make sure that the internal part of the tubes is clean.<br />

Install the pump in an accessible place for future checks and disassembly<br />

procedures. Foresee enough space for inspections and disassembling, as well as to<br />

check the free rotation of the shaft and to drain the pump.<br />

Foresee gate valves at intake and output (before and after the pump) to allow the<br />

disassembly without emptying the plant. The assembly of the interception organs<br />

must be carried out in such a way as to prevent possible water leaks from involving the<br />

terminal board.
