The Ministers authorised, through their Director Generals for Civil Aviation:
--The development in 1995 of a programme expanding joint aviation services, and
--The holding of a meeting in 1995 to review the implementation of this programme.
Both Ministers expressed the view that it would be useful to establish a special aviation
sub-committee of the Ireland Russia Inter-Governmental Conference.
The Ministers further agreed that their respective Directors Gcneral of Civil Aviation
will liaise on a regular basis to ensure initiatives identified by the Ministers are vigorously
pursued.
Done at Dublin this 9th day of December 1994, in duplicate, each in the English and
Russian languages, both texts being equally authentic.
