Government of Norway declares pursuant
to Article 45, paragraphs (2)(c)
and (6) of the Energy Charter Treaty
that it will contribute to the costs of
the provisional Secretariat subject to
the approval by the Norwegian Storting
(Parliament) in accordance with
the Norwegian Constitution".
