I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your Note No. 60 of 16 February
1967, which reads as follows:

2. In reply I have to inform you that the foregoing proposal for amendment
is acceptable to the Government of the United Kingdom, who therefore agree that
your Note and this reply shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between
the two Governments amending with effect from this day's date the Agreement for
Financing certain Programmes of Educational and Cultural Exchange, signed on
the 10th of May, 1965.
