198 United Nations - Treaty Series 1967 Article III Such co-operation shall be carried out in the fields listed in the Annex to this Agreement in a manner to be determined on each occasion by the Contracting Governments or by institutions or organisations designated by them for the purpose of this Agreement. Article IV The Contracting Governments shall, additionally, encourage the establishment of direct contacts between the competent United Kingdom and Rumanian organisations and firms and, as may be appropriate, the conclusion of separate agreements or contracts. Article V The fields of co-operation contained in the Annex to this Agreement may be changed at any time by agreement between the Contracting Governments. Article VI (1) This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature. (2) This Agreement shall continue in force for a period of five years from the date of signature. (3) Thereafter it shall continue in force for a further period of five years unless either Contracting Government shall have given to the other Government written notice of termination not later than six months before the Agreement is due to expire in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (2) of this Article. (4) For the purposes of reviewing the working of the Agreement and to decide upon further exchanges under the Agreement, representatives of the Contracting Governments shall meet periodically, normally once a year, in Bucarest and in London alternately, to consider the progress and provisions of the Agreement and any desired amendments to the provisions in the Annex to the Agreement. A rticolul IV Guvernele contractante vor incuraja, de asemenea, stabilirea de contacte directe intre organizatiile §i intreprinderile de resort romdne~ti §i britanice §i, atunci cind se va aprecia potrivit, incheierea de intelegeri sau contracte separate. Articolul V Domeniile de colaborare continute in anexa prezentului Acord pot fi oricind schimbate pe baza intelegerii reciproce intre cele doud Guverne contractante. Articolul VI 1. Prezentul Acord va intra in vigoare la data semnarii. 2. Prezentul Acord va rmine in vigoare pe o periodd de cinci ani de la data semndrii sale. 3. Acordul va continua s rdmind in vigoare pe o perioad. de incd cinci ani dacd nici unul dintre Guvernele contractante nu va notifica in scris denuntarea lui cu cel putin §ase luni inainte de data la care Acordul urmeaz5. sa expire, in conformitate cu prevederile paragrafului 2 al acestui articol. 4. In scopul analizdrii modului cum se desfd~oard realizarea Acordului, pentru a hotdr! asupra altor schimburi in cadrul Acordului 5i pentru a examina orice amendamente dorite la prevederile anexei Acordului, reprezentanti ai Guvernelor contractante se vor intilni periodic, de reguld odatd pe an, alternativ la Bucure~ti §i Londra. DREPT CARE, imputernicitii in acest scop ai Guvernelor respective, au semnat prezentul Acord. No 8764

A rticolul III<br />
