Réconciliation - Fondation autochtone de guérison

Jeff Thomas, artiste et conservateur, pour donner suite au blocus de Caledonia,
a organisé l’exposition Home/land and Security qui a présenté des artistes
autochtones et des artistes non autochtones dans le contexte des Six Nations de la
rivière Grand et des faits d’histoire des collectivités à Render Gallery de l’University
of Waterloo et à d’autres lieux publics.

Le juge en chef Murray Sinclair, président de la Commission de témoignage et
réconciliation, a fait une allocution à l’University of Western Ontario, London, sur
les défis que la Commission aura à affronter. La plupart des membres de l’auditoire
venaient des collectivités autochtones avoisinantes, dont l’établissement Oneida.
