the expected (He) heterozygoties were calculated by the<br />

program BIOSYS-1 (version 1, Datatype 2 ; Swofford<br />

et Selander, 1981) using genotypical frequencies as a<br />

data. Wright’s (1951) F-statistics (FIT, FST and FIS) were<br />

calculated, for each polymorphic locus and for all loci<br />

among populations, according to Weir and Cockerham’s<br />

(1984) estimates using the computer program FSTAT<br />

version 2.9.3 (Goudet, 2002). The levels of significance<br />

were obtained by randomization based procedures. The<br />

evaluation of gene flow among populations in relationship<br />

with their geographical distances is performed by Slatkin’s<br />
