CHAPITRE IV – APPLICATION A LA CONCEPTION D’AMPLIFICATEUR IV.4. - CONCLUSION Nous avons présenté dans ce chapitre la réalisation de deux amplificateurs en technologie hybride optimisés en linéarité et consommation dont les résultats ont permis de confirmer les tendances générales observées lors de la simulation. La différence observée entre les conditions de fonctionnement optimales obtenues avec la méthodologie actuelle et la nouvelle montre tout l’intérêt de cette approche. Pour l’amplificateur travaillant à la fréquence de 2.18 GHz nous avons montré que la méthodologie permettait d’atteindre de bons résultats par rapport à l’amplificateur qui nous a servi de référence. Ces résultats devraient être conservés lors de la conception d’un amplificateur dimensionné convenablement autour de cette cellule élémentaire. 175
