On y ajoute 0,1 mL (0,04 mmol ; 1,1 éq) <strong>de</strong> méthanolate <strong>de</strong> sodium en solution à 0,5 M dans du méthanol <strong>et</strong> laisse réagir pendant 26 min. On neutralise par ajout <strong>de</strong> résine H + , on filtre <strong>et</strong> on évapore. On y ajoute 2,5 mL (1,28 mmol ; 4 éq) <strong>de</strong> méthanolate <strong>de</strong> sodium en solution à 0,5 M dans du méthanol <strong>et</strong> laisse réagir pendant 50 min. On neutralise par ajout <strong>de</strong> résine H + , on filtre <strong>et</strong> on évapore.
