Le 2’,3’,4’,6’-t<strong>et</strong>raacétatyl-1-(un<strong>de</strong>c-10-enyl)-β-D-galactopyranosi<strong>de</strong> (1,38 g ;<br />
2,76 mmol) est dissous dans 10 mL <strong>de</strong> dichlorométhane dégazé puis mis sous argon, à reflux du<br />
dichlorométhane. Le dichlorobis(tricyclohexylphosphine)benzyli<strong>de</strong>ne ruthenium (0,09 g ;<br />
0,11 mmol ; 4%) est dissout dans 15 mL du même solvant puis est injecté dans la solution par<br />
un goutte à goutte lent (2 h 30). Au bout <strong>de</strong> 23 h <strong>de</strong> réaction, on rajoute du catalyseur (0.13 g ;<br />
0,2 mmol ; 6%) par un goutte à goutte lent. Après 71 h on arrête la réaction <strong>et</strong> on évapore le<br />
dichlorométhane. Le produit est purifié sur une colonne <strong>de</strong> silice avec l’éluant éther <strong>de</strong><br />
pétrole/acétate d’éthyle 80/20 puis 50/50. On obtient 2,2 g (Rdt = 83%) d’une huile jaune.<br />
• Rf = 0,38 (éther <strong>de</strong> pétrole/acétate d’éthyle 50/50).<br />
• IR : 3018 cm -1 (CH=CH) ; 2920 cm -1 (CH3) ; 2849 cm -1 (CH2) ; 1748 cm -1 (C=O) ;<br />
<strong>de</strong>formation : 962 cm -1 (CH=CH trans) ; 755 cm -1 (CH=CH cis).<br />
• RMN 1 H : 5,39 (m, 2 H) H-10, 5,34 (m, 2 H) H-4’, 5,20 (dd, 2H, J = 7,96 ; 10,44 Hz) H-2’,<br />
