IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be
executed pursuant to duly constituted authority.
DONE at Washington in duplicate this 15th day of June 1955, in the English
and French languages, but in any case in which divergence between the two versions
results in different interpretations the English version shall be given preference.
