Article 5.
The present Convention is drawn up in
English and Spanish.
Article 6.
The High Contracting Parties shall ratify
this present Convention in conformity with their
respective Constitutions. The exchange of
ratifications shall take place in the City of
Mexico as soon as possible and the Convention
shall come into force from the date of the
exchange of ratifications.
In witness whereof, the respective Plenipotentiaries
have signed the present Convention,
and have affixed thereto their seals.
Done in duplicate, in the City of Mexico, on
the fifth day of December, nineteen hundred
and thirty.

Articulo 5.
La presente Convenci6n esti redactada en
cada una de las lenguas inglesa y espafiola.
Articulo 6.
Las Altas Partes Contratantes ratificarAn ]a
presente Convenci6n, de conformidad con las
disposiciones de sus Constituciones respectivas.
El canje de ratificaciones se efectuarA en la
ciudad de M6xico, tan pronto como fuere posible,
y la Convenci6n entrara en vigor desde el momento
en que se haga el canj e de ratificaciones.
En fM de lo cual, los Plenipotenciarios respectivos
firmaron la presente Convenci6n, poniendo
en ella sus sellos.
Hecha por duplicado en ]a ciudad de Mexico,
a los cinco dias del mes de diciembre de mil
novecientos treinta.
