C. DISPOSITIONS FINALES<br />

Article 24.<br />

Chacun des deux Etats 6dictera indipendamment<br />

de l'autre pour son propre ressort, les<br />

dispositions n~cessaires en vue de l'ex6cution<br />

du pr6sent trait6 ; du c6t6 allemand, ces dispositions<br />

seront 6dict6es par le ministre du travail<br />

du Reich on par l'autorit6 qu'il dsignera, du<br />

c6t6 autrichien, par le ministre f6d~ral de<br />

l'administration sociale. Les dispositions ainsi<br />

6dict6es seront communiqu6es l'autorit6 administrative<br />

supreme de l'autre Etat.<br />

Article 25.<br />

I appartiendra aux autorit~s administratives<br />

des deux Etats de s'entendre :<br />

a) Sur la mani~re dont les paiements<br />

pour l'application de l'assurance sociale<br />

sur le territoire de l'autre Etat pourront<br />

ftre effectu~s le plus simplement possible<br />

et avec le moins de frais possible ;<br />

b) Sur le mode de recouvrement des<br />

cotisations arri6res on d'autres cr6ances<br />

n6es d'un lien d'assurance an b6nfice des<br />

institutions d'assurance de l'un des Etats<br />

envers des d6biteurs r~sidant dans l'autre<br />

Etat.<br />

Article 26.<br />

Les autorit~s administratives supremes des<br />

deux Etats sont autoris6es h compl6ter on A<br />

modifier d'un commun accord les dispositions<br />

de la section B.<br />

Article 27.<br />

I. Les diff6rends survenant entre une institution<br />

on autorit6 de l'assurance sociale de l'un<br />

des Etats et une institution on autorit6 de l'assurance<br />

sociale de l'autre Etat, au sujet de<br />

l'interprtation et de l'application des dispositions<br />

du present trait6, seront tranch6s de concert<br />

par les autorit~s administratives sup6rieures<br />

des deux Etats.<br />

autoritis administratives suprimes des deux<br />

C. FINAL PROVISIONS.<br />

Article 24.<br />

Regulations for the carrying out of this<br />

<strong>Treaty</strong> shall be issued, in so far as is necessary,<br />

by. each of the two States independently for<br />

its territory, in Germany by the Federal Minister<br />

of Labour or the authority appointed by the<br />

said Minister and in Austria by the Federal<br />

Minister of Social Administration. The regulations<br />

thus issued shall be communicated to the<br />

supreme administrative authorities of the other<br />

State.<br />

Article 25.<br />

25. The supreme administrative authorities<br />

of the two States shall come to an agreement<br />

respecting the manner in which:<br />

(a) Payments in connection with the<br />

administration of the social insurance<br />

system of each State may be effected in<br />

the territory of the other as simply as<br />

possible and with the least possible expense ;<br />

(b) Arrears of contributions or other<br />

claims arising out of insurance brought<br />

by an insurance carrier of one State<br />

against a debtor in the other State may<br />

be recovered.<br />

Article 26.<br />

The supreme administrative authorities of<br />

both States shall have power to supplement<br />

or amend the provisions of Part B by mutual<br />

agreement.<br />

Article 27.<br />

i. The supreme administrative authorities<br />

of both States shall decide by mutual agreement<br />

respecting disputes which arise between an<br />

insurance carrier or social insurance authority<br />

of one State and an insurance carrier or social<br />

insurance authority of the other State respecting<br />

the interpretation and application of the<br />

provisions of this <strong>Treaty</strong>.<br />

2. The decisions jointly adopted by the<br />

supreme administrative authorities of the two<br />
