SCHLUSSPROTOKOLL.
Wen in Zukunft eine der beiden Regierungen mit eiiiem dritten Staate einen Gegenseitigkeitsvertrag
auf dem Gebiete der Sozialversicherung schliesst, werden die beiden Regierungen priifen,
ob und in welcher Weise die in dem Vertrage niedergelegten Grundsditze der Gegenseitigkeit auch
auf die Versicherung ihrer Staatsangehbrigen in diesem Staate ausgedehnt werden konnen und
sollen.

CONCERNING SOCIAL INSU-
RANCE. SIGNED AT BERLIN,
FEBRUARY 5, 1930.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE GERMAN REICH
and THE FEDERAL PRESIDENT OF THE AUSTRIAN
REPUBLIC, being desirous of supplementing
and adapting the provisions of the Austro-
German Agreement of January 8, 1926,
concerning the reciprocal application of measures
of social insurance to the present State of the
legislation of the two countries and of preparing
for the extension of the principles of reciprocity
to invalidity insurance for workers, in accordance
with the provisions of the Final Protocol of
January 8, 1926, have appointed as their
Plenipotentiaries :
