Swedish Government shall consider this Agreement definitive as from the date<br />

of such notification by the Swiss Federal Council.<br />

(b) The competent aeronautical authorities of the Contracting Parties shall<br />

consult together from time to time in a spirit of close collaboration with a view<br />

to satisfying themselves that the principles laid down in the Agreement and in the<br />

Annex thereto are being applied and properly carried out.<br />

(c) This Agreement and its Annex shall be brought into harmony with any<br />

multilateral convention which may come into force with respect to the two<br />

Contracting Parties.<br />

(d) Modifications of the Annex to this Agreement or of the schedules<br />

hereunder may be made by agreement between the competent aeronautical<br />

authorities. They shall come into force after approval, notice of which shall be<br />

given through the diplomatic channel.<br />

(e) Either Contracting Parties may terminate the Agreement by giving one<br />

year's notice to the other Party.<br />

DONE in duplicate at Berne, this eighteenth day of October 1950, in the<br />

Swedish and French languages, both texts being equally authentic.<br />

(a) The capacity provided by the airlines of the Contracting Parties shall be adapted<br />

to traffic demands.<br />

(b) The airlines of the Contracting Parties shall, in the operation of common routes,<br />

take into account their mutual interests so as not to affect unduly their respective services.<br />

(c) The services specified in the schedules to this Annex shall have as their primary<br />

objective the provision of capacity corresponding to the traffic demands between the<br />

country of the airline and the countries of <strong>des</strong>tination.<br />

(d) There shall be fair and equal opportunity for the airlines of the Contracting<br />

Parties to operate between the territories of Sweden and Switzerland any service provided<br />

for in the Agreement and in this Annex.<br />
