378 United Nations - Treaty Series 1953 of Route III in Schedule I to that Agreement shall be amended to show " Hong Kong or a point in the Philippines " instead of " Hong Kong ". If the Government of India accept that amendment I propose that this note and your reply to that effect shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between our two Governments in this matter, which shall enter into force on this day's date.
