United States of America has agreed that this note and your reply in the same
terms shall constitute a ratification and confirmation by the Governments of
the United States of Venezuela and of the United States of America of the
agreement signed between the Minister of Health and Social Assistance and the

ndmero 539, de fecha 7 del presente mes, referente al Acuerdo firmado el 2 de
los corrientes entre el Ministro de Sanidad y Asistencia Social de los Estados
Unidos de Venezuela y el Jefe de la Misi6n del Instituto de Asuntos Interamericanos
de los Estados Unidos de Am6rica, destinado a prorrogar nuevamente el
