Honorable Sefior:
De acuerdo con la cliusula XIII del
CONVENIO DE PR6RROGA relacionado
con la extensi6n del Programa Cooperativo
de Sanidad y Saneamiento establecido
por el Gobierno de Honduras
y el Instituto de Asuntos Interamericanos,
firmado en esta ciudad de
Tegucigalpa el dia nueve de mayo en
curso, en dos ejemplares, cada uno de
ellos escrito en inglds y en castellano,
tengo el honor de dirigir la presente
nota a Su Sefioria, manifestAndole que
el Gobierno de Honduras aprueba el
dicho Convenio, cuyo texto en castellano
es el siguiente :

In accordance with Clause XIII of
the EXTENSION AGREEMENT relative to
the extension of the Cooperative
Health and Sanitation Program established
by the Government of Honduras
and the Institute of Inter-American
Affairs, signed in this city of Tegucigalpa
on May 9 last, in two copies,
each written in English and in Spanish,
I have the honor to send you the
present note, informing you that the
Government of Honduras approves the
said Agreement, the text of which in
Spanish is as follows:
I Came into force on 13 May 1947 by the exchange of the said notes and, according to their
terms, became operative retroactively from 1 May 1947.
