The Government of the United Kingdom declares that the Convention shall apply to
the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and to the Isle of Man.
The Government of the United Kingdom declares that, in accordance with Article 11.2
of the Convention, the competence to make recognition decisions lies with higher education
institutions.
In accordance with Article IX.2 of the Convention, the Government of the United
Kingdom declares that the national information centre, in its role as a European Network
Information Centre, is:
