In accordance with Article 3, paragraph 2, of the Charter, the Federal Republic of Germany
will apply to the minority languages named below the following additional provision
pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 2:
- North Frisian in the North Frisian language area in Land Schleswig-Holstein:
