Article 3
This Agreement shall enter into force 30 days after the date on which all the Parties
have notified the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs of their approval of the Agreement.
The depositary shall inform the other Parties of the date on which their notifications were
received.
This Agreement shall have effect as long as the Agreement of 12 June 1975, previously
amended by the Agreement of 3 December 1990, remains in force.
In witness whereof, the duly authorized representatives have signed this Agreement.
Done at Copenhagen on 31 October 2001, in one copy in the Danish, Finnish, Icelandic,
Norwegian and Swedish languages, all the texts being equally authentic.
