In accordance with Article 17, paragraph 1, of the Convention, the Republic of Bulgaria<br />

declares that, in the cases covered by Articles 8 and 9, recognition and enforcement of<br />

decisions relating to custody of children may be refused on such grounds provided under<br />

Article 10, paragraph 1 of the Convention.<br />

In relation to Article 1. a of the Convention, the Republic of Bulgaria declares that habitual<br />

residence means the present address of the child, i.e. the address at which the person<br />

has resided in the last six months.<br />

In accordance with Article 2 of the Convention, the Republic of Bulgaria <strong>des</strong>ignates as<br />

a Central authority the Ministry of Justice with the following address: Republic of Bulgaria,<br />

Sofia 1040 No. 1, Slavianska str.<br />

In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 3 of the Convention, the Republic of Bulgaria<br />

declares that it will require translation in the Bulgarian language of any communication<br />

covered by Article 6 and of any document covered by Article 13, transmitted by States<br />

which use the reservation and have excluded the application of Article 6, paragraph 1. b,<br />

regarding the two official languages of the Council of Europe.<br />

Conform~ment A l'article 17, paragraphe 1, de la Convention, la R~publique de Bulgarie<br />

declare que, dans les cas pr~vus par les articles 8 et 9, la reconnaissance et 'excution<br />

<strong>des</strong> d6cisions relatives A la garde peuvent 8tre refus~es pour tout motif pr6vu A larticle 10,<br />

paragraphe 1, de la Convention.<br />

Concernant l'article L.a de la Convention, la R~publique de Bulgarie d~clare que "r~sidence<br />

habituelle" signifie " ladresse actuelle" de lenfant, c'est-A-dire ladresse A laquelle la<br />

personne a r~sid& pendant les six derniers mois.<br />

Conform~ment A Particle 2 de la Convention, la R~publique de Bulgarie d~signe le<br />

Minist~re de la Justice en tant qu'autorit6 centrale avec ladresse suivante: R~publique de<br />

Bulgarie, Sofia 1040, n' I Slanvianska str.<br />

Conformment A l'article 6, paragraphe 3 de la Convention, la R~publique de Bulgarie<br />

declare qu'elle demandera une traduction en langue bulgare de toute communication pr6vue<br />

A larticle 6 et de tout document pr~vu A larticle 13, transmis par <strong>des</strong> Etats qui ayant fait<br />

usage de la reserve, ont exclu l'application de larticle 6, paragraph .b en ce qui concerne<br />

les deux langues officielles du Conseil de l'Europe.
