DECLARATIONS MADE UPON ACCEPTANCE -- DECLARATIONS FAITES LORS DE L'ACCEPTATION
Netherlands: Pays-Bas :

Declares, in conformity with the provisions of Article 16, paragraph 4, of the Convention
for the establishment of a European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological
Stellite (EUMETSAT), of 24 May 1983, that the Kingdom of the Netherlands Accepts
the Amending Protocol, done at Darmstadt on 4/5 June 1991, for the Kingdom in Europe,
and that the provisions so accepted shall be observed in their entirety.

Dclare, conform~ment aux dispositions du paragraphe 4 de l'Article 16 de la Convention
pour la creation d'une Organisation europ~enne pour l'exploitation de satellites
m~t~orologiques (EUMETSAT), du 24 mai 1983, que le Royaume des Pays-Bas accepte le
Protocole d'amendement, fait A Darmstadt le 4/5 juin 1991, pour le Royaume en Europe, et
que les dispositions ainsi accept~es seront observ~es dans leur totalit6.

The Declaration of Acceptance is in respect of the United Kingdom of Great Britain
and Northern Ireland and the Territories under the territorial sovereignty of the United
Kingdom situated in the region in which the Convention applies.

I Hereby Declare, on behalf of the Government, that Sweden accepts the said Protocol
and undertakes faithfully to perform and carry out all the stipulations therein contained with
the following declaration Sweden assumes that Article 8 section 1 does not imply any restrictions
on Sweden's possibilities of utilizing developed and processed products from EU-
METSAT in normal development cooperation with a third country.
