The Government of the Union of Myanmar wishes to express reservation on Article 6
relating to the right of International Narcotics Control Board (INCB).
The Government wishes to make a reservation on Article 14, Paragraph 2(b) to extradition
and does not consider itself bound by the same in so far as its own Myanmar nationals
are concerned.

Le Gouvernement de l'Union du Myanmar tient A formuler une reserve touchant A Farticle
6, relatif au droit de lOrgane international de contr6le des stup6fiants (OICS).
Le Gouvernement tient en outre A formuler une reserve touchant au paragraphe 2 b) de
Particle 14, relatif A l'extradition, et ne se considre pas comme li par ledit paragraphe en
ce qui concerne les ressortissants nationaux du Myanmar.
