DIET<br />
To avoid interference with this test by the presence of certain food by-products, which could result in<br />
falsely elevated levels, it is recommended that certain foods be avoided before and during the 24<br />
hours urine collection.<br />
For 2 days before and during the day of the urine collection you must not eat any of the following<br />
foods or food preparations that contain them.<br />
DO NOT EAT :<br />
Any foods containing gelatine. You can eat meat, fish and poultry but avoid the meat broth.<br />
NOTE: It is highly recommended that you carefully read the list of ingredients on the label of any<br />
product before consuming it.<br />
