Lutte contre la fatigue des pilotes
Conférence de presse de l’ALPL et du LCGB-SEA
Le 3 octobre 2012, l’ALPL (Association Luxembourgeoise des Pilotes de Ligne) et le LCGB-SEA ont
réagi par une conférence de presse aux nouvelles propositions de l’Agence européenne de la sécurité
aérienne (AESA) pour de nouvelles règles harmonisées en Europe afin de lutter contre la fatigue
des pilotes, qui doivent entrer en vigueur d’ici fin 2015.
A ce propos, l’ALPL et le LCGB-SEA revendiquent que la priorité absolue dans la lutte contre la
fatigue des pilotes soit accordée à la sécurité des passagers.

Kampf gegen die Pilotenmüdigkeit
Pressekonferenz der ALPL und des LCGB-SEA
Am 3. Oktober 2012 haben die ALPL (Association Luxembourgeoise des Pilotes de Ligne) und der LCGB-SEA mit einer Pressekonferenz auf die Vorschläge
der Europäischen Agentur für Flugsicherheit (EASA) für europaweit einheitliche Flugdienstregeln im Kampf gegen die Pilotenmüdigkeit, die ab 2015 in Kraft
treten sollen.
Diesbezüglich fordern ALPL und LCGB-SEA, dass die oberste Priorität im Kampf gegen die Pilotenmüdigkeit der Sicherheit aller Fluggäste gilt.

Press Conference of ALPL and LCGB-SEA
On October 3th 2012, ALPL (Luxembourg Airline Pilots’ Association) and LCGB-SEA reacted with a press conference to the new proposals of the European
Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for harmonized rules in Europe for the combat of pilote fatigue which should come into effect by the end of 2015.
On this topic, ALPL and LCGB-SEA demand that the top priority in the fight against pilot fatigue be given to the safety of passengers.

Le LCGB a remis une pétition
au Premier Ministre
Vu la situation tendue que la société aérienne Cargolux a dû vivre ces derniers mois, le LCGB-SEA
avait lancé parmi les salariés de Cargolux une pétition qui adressait au gouvernement luxembourgeois
les revendications suivantes :
1. Dans le cas d’une augmentation du capital, 65 % des parts doivent toujours rester entre les
mains de l’actionnariat luxembourgeois ;
2. En tant qu’actionnaire majoritaire, le Gouvernement doit empêcher par tous les moyens nécessaires
un „outsourcing“ afin de sauvegarder les emplois existants ;
3. La „tripartite transport aérien“ que le LCGB revendique depuis plus d’une année doit enfin être
convoquée.
Dans le cadre d’une réunion du comité central du LCGB à Sandweiler, une première partie de cette pétition, qui fut déjà signée par plus de 700 salariés de
Cargolux, a été remise le 1er octobre 2012 par la déléguée du personnel de Cargolux Astrid MOSEL au Premier Minstre Jean-Claude JUNCKER.
LCGB überreichte Petition an Premierminister
Angesichts der angespannten Lage welche das Luftfahrtunternehmen Cargolux in den letzten Monaten durchlebte, hatte der LCGB-SEA unter den
Arbeitnehmern von Cargolux eine Unterschriftenaktion gestartet, in der folgende Forderungen an die Luxemburger Regierung gestellt wurden:
1. Im Falle einer Kapitalerhöhung müssen 65% der Anteile fest in Luxemburger Hand bleiben;
2. Die Regierung muss als Hauptaktionär mit allen Mitteln ein “Outsourcing” verhindern, damit die bestehenden Arbeitsplätze abgesichert bleiben;
3. Es muss endlich die “Tripartite für den Luftfahrtsektor”, welche der LCGB seit mehr als einem Jahr fordert, einberufen werden.
Eine erster Teil dieser Petition mit mehr als 700 Unterschriften von Cargolux-Beschäftigten wurde am 1. Oktober 2012 im Rahmen einer Sitzung des LCGB-
Zentralkomitees in Sandweiler von der Cargolux-Personalvertreterin Astrid MOSEL an Premierminister Jean-Claude JUNCKER überreicht.
LCGB handed a petition to the Prime Minister
Given the difficult situation the flight company Cargolux had to endure these past months, LCGB-SEA had launched a petition which addressed to the
Luxembourg Government the following demands by employees of Cargolux:
1. In the case of a capital increase, 65% of the shares must still remain in the hands of Luxembourg shareholders;
2. As a majority shareholder, the Government must prevent “outsourcing” by all means necessary in order to safeguard existing jobs;
3. Requested since more than one year by LCGB, the tripartite ‘air transport’ must finally be convened.
During a meeting of the LCGB’s Central Committee on October 1st 2012 in Sandweiler, a first part of this petition, which had already been signed by more
than 700 employees of Cargolux, was handed to Prime Minister Jean-Claude JUNCKER by Cargolux staff representative Astrid MOSEL.
