TERMINATION
By an exchange of notes, dated at
Wellington on 24 January 1956, an agreement
was concluded according to which
the above-mentioned Agreement of 15
September 1949 should be deemed to
have been terminated by the three Governments
with effect from 31 March 1954.
Certified statement was registered by the
International Civil Aviation Organization
on 1 December 1956.
