Your Excellency: EXCHANGE OF LETTERS Rome, 4 March 1950 With reference to the agreement on the establishment and operation of scheduled air transport services between Italy and the Netherlands which was signed today, 1 I have the honour to inform you that each airline designated by a Contracting Party according to Article III of the Agreement may maintain its own personnel at the airports of the other Contracting Party. Such personnel shall consist of nationals of the other Contracting Party to the extent that this is compatible with the airlines' interests. If the designated airlines decline to establish their own offices at the airports of the other Contracting Party, they shall preferably be represented by a national airline of the other Contracting Party. With reference to the agreement on the establishment and operation of<br />
scheduled air transport services between Italy and the Netherlands which was<br />
signed today, 1 I have the honour to inform you that each airline designated by<br />
a Contracting Party according to Article III of the Agreement may maintain its<br />
