Article 8 Le prgsent Accord et son Annexe, comme tout autre acte susceptible de les complkter ou de les modifier, seront enregistrgs l l'Organisation de l'Aviation Civile Internationale (O.A.C.I.). Article 9 Si l'une des Parties Contractantes estime opportun de modifier les termes du pr6sent Accord ou de son Annexe, elle peut demander un 6change de vues entre les autoritgs a6ronautiques des deux Parties Contractantes. La consultation doit avoir lieu dans les soixante (60) jours A partir de la demande. En cas d'accord les modifications ainsi envisag6es n'entreront en vigueur qu'apr~s avoir form6 l'objet d'un 6change de notes par voie diplomatique. Toutefois, des changements et des suppl6ments des routes indiquges dans les Tableaux des Routes' peuvent avoir lieu par le simple accord des autoritgs a6ronautiques des deux Parties Contractantes. Article 10 Toute controverse entre les Parties Contractantes pour l'interprgtation et l'application du prgsent Accord et de son Annexe qui ne pourra 6tre r6solue moyennant une consultation directe, sera soumise au jugement d'une cour arbitrale compos6e de trois membres; deux de ceux-ci seront nomm6s respectivement par chacune des Parties Contractantes, tandis que le troisi~me sera dgsign6 par le President du Conseil de l'Organisation de l'Aviation Civile Internationale qui le choisira, parmi les arbitres n'ayant pas la nationalit6 d'une des Parties Contractantes, sur la liste tenue selon les r~glements de I'O.A.C.I. La controverse pourra m~me 6tre soumise par les deux Parties Contractantes au jugement d'un seul arbitre choisi d'un commun accord. . Les Parties Contractantes s'engagent h se conformer aux sentences arbitrales, qui, dans tous les cas, devront tre consid~r6es comme d6finitives. Article 11 Chaque Partie Contractante peut, h tout moment, notifier A l'autre Partie Contractante son intention de d~noncer le pr6sent Accord. Cette notification doit 6tre faite simultan~ment A l'Organisation de l'Aviation Civile Internationale. Article VIII The present Agreement and its Annex and any other documents extending or amending them, shall be registered with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Article IX Should either Contracting Party consider it desirable to modify the terms of the present Agreement or its Annex, it may request consultation between the aeronautical authorities of the two Contracting Parties, such consultation to take place within sixty (60) days from the date of the request. Any modifications so agreed shall come into force only after they have been confirmed by an exchange of notes through diplomatic channels. However, alterations and additions to the routes described in the Schedule of Routes' may be made by simple agreement between the aeronautical authorities of the two Contracting Parties. Article X Any dispute between the Contracting Parties relating to the interpretation and application of the present Agreement and its Annex which cannot be settled by direct consultation, shall be referred for decision to an arbitral tribunal consisting of three members : each Contracting State shall appoint one member; the third member shall be a national of a country other than that of the two Contracting Parties and shall be appointed by the President of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization from among the list of arbitrators drawn up in accordance with the rules of ICAO. The Contracting Parties may also agree to settle the dispute by reference to a single arbitrator appointed by agreement between them. The Contracting Parties undertake to abide by the arbitral decision which shall be final. Article XI Each Contracting Party may at any time notify the other Contracting Party of its intention to terminate the present Agreement. Such notice shall be simultaneously communicated to the International Civil Aviation Organization.
