CTL - Negative. I am unable to clear you VFR due to a Royal flight (or<br />
due to purple airspace).<br />

purple = pourpre, couleur <strong>de</strong> l'habit <strong>de</strong>s hauts dignitaires <strong>de</strong> l'Etat, <strong>de</strong>s cardinaux,<br />
d'où l'expression "purple airspace".<br />
