…is living in Paris where she works for a company that plans
destination weddings in Europe. Caroline was recently
featured on an episode of the Style Network’s show
Married Away for a wedding that she planned in Paris.

“After a beautiful service Coach Taylor and I were treated to
a wonderful reception at a nearby estate in the surrounding
mountains. FASNY alumni in attendance included Simon’s
sister and brother Pauline merieux ’98 and Jean-Baptiste
merieux ’07, as well as groomsman Eric Jabart ’00,
Constance Perrot ’98, sébastien thiriez ’00 and Patricia
dalla Bona ’01. In addition, the parents of several FASNY
alumni were also in attendance. It was great to see so many
familiar faces, some of whom (especially some of the
parents) I had not seen in several years. Afterwards, Coach
Taylor and I spent a few days in Paris where we had the
opportunity to visit with more than 30 FASNY alumni. We
would like to thank the Merieux family for inviting us to this
very special occasion.”

2001
Geneviève Creedon vient de terminer son MFA en Poésie
(Master of Fine Arts) à l’Université du Southern Maine, et va
bientôt rejoindre le programme de Littérature comparée
proposé par l’Université du Michigan.
…has recently completed her M.F.A. in Poetry at the
University of Southern Maine and is now working on her Ph.D
in Comparative Literature at the University of Michigan.
2004
madeline mcdavid a obtenu en 2004 son diplôme
d’enseignement secondaire à la Rye Country Day School. En
mai dernier, elle est sortie majeure de sa promotion en
Littérature comparée de l’Université de Columbia. « Au cours
de ma première année de lycée, j’ai également étudié à
l’Université de Bologne, en Italie. Les voyages et les langues
sont ma grande passion. Je prends actuellement des cours
intensifs de mandarin à l’Institut Chinois de New York, en vue
d’un voyage d’un mois que je prévois de faire à Pékin, où je
serai hébergée dans la famille d’une mes amies. En septembre,
je commencerai un DESS de journalisme à Sciences Po Paris. »
…was graduated from Rye Country Day School in 2004 and
from Columbia University last May, where she majored in
Comparative Literature. “I also spent my junior year studying
abroad at the University of Bologna in Italy. Languages and
travel are great passions of mine; I’m currently taking
intensive Mandarin classes at the China Institute in NYC in
preparation for a month-long trip to Beijing, where I'll be
staying with a friend's family. In September, I’ll begin my
master's degree in journalism at Sciences Po in Paris.”
2006
sofia Cavallo a passé l’été en stage chez Vogue, à New York,
sous l’autorité directe du département d’André Leon Talley,
rédacteur de Vogue US. A l’automne, elle entrera en première
année à l’Université de Yale et en est ravie. « Je n’ai que de
bons souvenirs de mon passage à la FASNY », ajoute-t-elle.
…spent last summer interning at Vogue in New York City
where she reported to the office of Editor-at-Large André
Leon Talley. This fall she will start her junior year at Yale
University and Cavallo is more than content, "I only have
great memories of my time at FASNY."
