Beaucoup de sociétés encouragent leurs employés à faire des dons à
des organisatons caritatives telles que la FASNY par le biais d’un
programme de contributions parallèles : toute somme donnée est
doublée, voire triplée. en sollicitant ainsi l’appui de leur employeur,
les parents de la fasnY ont permis de lever $42,231
supplémentaires. N’hésitez pas à demander à la DRH de votre
entreprise si votre société possède un « Programme de contributions

Many companies offer a Matching Gift Program for their employees as
an incentive to contribute to non-profit organizations, such as FASNY.
by asking their companies about matching gift incentives, fasnY
parents raised an additional $42,231 for our school during 2007-
2008. Please remember to ask your Human Resources Department if
your company offers a Matching Gift Program. For more information,

Programme de contribution parallèle d’Ibm
Dans le programme de contribution parallèle d’IBM, les parents
employés par IBM contribuent à un fond spécial. IBM multiplie
alors par cinq la valeur d’investissement, démultipliant ainsi la somme
que l’école peut utiliser pour acheter de l’équipement informatique.
Grâce au programme de contribution parallèle d’IBM, la FASNY a
pu acquérir pour l’année 2007-2008, le matériel suivant:
• Quatre ordinateurs portables Lenovo – Destinés à l’usage
du personnel administratif
• Quatre serveurs Lenovo – Répartis entre les campus de
Scarsdale, Larchmont, et Mamaroneck
• neuf moniteurs 17" – Répartis entre les écoles en fonction
des besoins.
Ibm matching Gift Program
Under the IBM Matching Gift Program, IBM employees
contribute to a special fund, which IBM then multiplies
five times to determine a dollar value that we can use
to select equipment. Thanks to the IBM Matching Gift
Program, FASNY received the following technology
equipment during the 2007-2008 school year:
• four Lenovo laptops – to be used by administrative staff
• four Lenovo Pcs – to be used as servers in Scarsdale,
Larchmont, and Mamaroneck campuses
• nine 17" computer monitors – to be used throughout the
campuses as needed
