une hyperalgie très importante. C<strong>et</strong>te <strong>de</strong>rnière s’explique par <strong>la</strong> présence <strong>de</strong> CU intenses<br />
non suivies <strong>de</strong> modifications <strong>cervicale</strong>s. C’est pourquoi nous avons souhaité prendre en<br />
compte le comportement maternel. Ce <strong>de</strong>rnier n’a cependant pas pu être étudié car il<br />
n’était que très peu souvent rempli.<br />
1.7.5. Conduite à tenir proposée pour pallier à ce problème<br />
Avant d’étudier les modalités <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> prise en charge, nous nous intéressons au<br />
temps écoulé entre le moment du diagnostic <strong>de</strong> l’arrêt <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> di<strong>la</strong>tation <strong>et</strong> le moment <strong>de</strong> sa<br />
prise en charge.<br />
