Un contrat de location en double exemplaire devra vous être envoyé. Chacun d'eux<br />
devra être signé par le propriétaire (ou gestionnaire), et le locataire. Réclamez-le.<br />
En cas de litige, il sera exigé. Vous devez recevoir en même temps un état descriptif<br />
de l’hébergement.<br />
CONTRACTS<br />
You will receive two copies of the rental signed by the hirer, for you countersign.<br />
Please keep your copy carefully in case of complain. You will also receive a full<br />
descriptive inventory of the accomodation.<br />
CE QU'IL FAUT VÉRIFIER EN ARRIVANT<br />
L’hébergement <strong>Clévacances</strong> que vous avez retenu doit correspondre à l'état descriptif<br />
qui vous a été envoyé. Un pannonceau à l'entrée indique que vous êtes bien dans<br />
un hébergement <strong>Clévacances</strong>. Un certificat justifiant le niveau de confort doit être<br />
également apposé en évidence à l'intérieur du logement. Ce certificat comporte le<br />
numéro d'agrément de l’hébergement.<br />
