ABSTRACT<br />

The notion of cultural identity appears to some people as belonging to the same nation.<br />

To others, it is the sharing of the same religion and/or the same defined social class. This<br />

situation orchestrates at times the over use of the above view points and rejects that of alterity.<br />

However, this hierarchisation is not unchangeable and this work is the way to make show it.<br />

This is the reason why our choice is based toward the classes of form one where the student’s<br />

enthusiasm can be positively canalized and oriented. The folktales taught in these classes are<br />

by virtue of their status real and veritable cradles of cultural values which easily bind with our<br />

objectives that is letting the learners know the different cultures among the social groups as<br />

well as taking note of the common values and aspects. This initiative necessitates as a matter<br />

of fact the elaboration of pedagogic forms while taking into account not only cultural aspects<br />

contained in these folktales, but equally the relevant aspects of interculturality. Such studies<br />

will permit learners to cultivate the notions of cosmopolitism and universalism in the fact that<br />

there is an interconnection of network, a meeting platform among people who are of daily<br />

realities. They would be able to identify themselves in the different types of folktales while<br />

discovering new realities. The learners will draw lessons from here ranging from good<br />

cultural, social and intellectual interest permitting them to have a new vision of cultural<br />

identity.<br />
