Nos plaids et coussins peuvent être doublés au choix avec des suédines unies ou argentées, des laines unies, des 

tissus imprimés, ou être double face fausse fourrure. 

Les plaids peuvent être réalisés en taille 140/140, 140/200, 240/260, et sur mesure, et les coussins en taille 40/40, 

50/50, 60/60, et 50/70.

COMMANDE 


CONDITIONS DE VENTE 

• Un minimum de facturation de 800 € H.T. est exigé pour toute première commande (excepté pour le tissu au mètre). 

• Une confirmation avec la date de livraison ainsi qu’une facture pro forma seront envoyées dans les 20 jours qui suivent la prise de commande. 

• Sur le territoire français, pour toute commande inférieure à 1 500 € H.T., les marchandises seront expédiées en port dû ou en port avancé. 

• Sur le territoire français, pour toute commande supérieure ou égale à 1 500 € H.T., les marchandises seront expédiées franco de port (excepté sur la 

Corse, les marchandises seront expédiées en port avancé). 

• A l’exportation, tous nos prix s’entendent départ usine, à l’exception des pays suivants : 

Belgique – Luxembourg – Hollande – Allemagne – Autriche – Italie : FRANCO de port pour les commandes ≥ à 800 € 

Suisse : FRANCO de port pour les commandes ≥ à 2500 € 

Espagne : FRANCO de port pour les commandes ≥ à 900 € 

Andorre : FRANCO de port pour les commandes ≥ à 1500 € 

Portugal : FRANCO de port pour les commandes ≥ à 1 000 € 

Grande-Bretagne : FRANCO de port pour les commandes ≥ à 1200 € 

Irlande : FRANCO de port pour les commandes ≥ à 2000 € 

Les marchandises seront expédiées en port avancé lorsque le minimum de commande pour le Franco ne sera pas atteint. 

• Toutes les marchandises doivent être examinées dès réception ; aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée 10 jours après réception des marchandises. 

• Les retours de marchandises ne seront pas acceptés sans accord préalable avec nos services. 

• Aucune annulation ne sera prise en compte 7 jours après la date de commande. 

• Tout droit à dommages et intérêts pour retard de livraison est exclu. De plus, aucune livraison ne pourra être considérée comme étant en retard tant 

que l’acheteur ne s’est pas acquitté de toutes ses obligations de paiement vis à vis du vendeur. 

RÈGLEMENT 

• Pour chaque première commande de la saison, il sera demandé un acompte de 30% du montant H.T. de la commande, payable à réception de la 

facture pro forma. Les marchandises ne seront mises en fabrication qu’après réception de cet acompte. Tout retard dans le versement de l’acompte 

entraînera un report de la date de livraison initialement prévue. 

• En cas d’annulation de la commande par le client, le montant de l’acompte versé ne sera pas rétrocédé. 

• Le solde de la commande sera payable par virement bancaire huit jours avant la livraison. Des conditions particulières peuvent être négociées. 

• Pour chaque réassort, les marchandises seront expédiées en contre-remboursement et selon le cas, il pourra être exigé un chèque de banque certifié 

ou un virement bancaire avant la livraison. 

• Dans le cas de règlements à terme, les traites émises par nos soins doivent être retournées dûment acceptées et domiciliées, au plus tard dans les 8 

jours de leur présentation. 

• Nous comptabilisons des intérêts au taux en vigueur pour toute somme non réglée à l’échéance. 

• Tout retard de paiement ou report d’échéance entraîne l’exigibilité, sans mise en demeure préalable et de plein droit, d’intérêts moratoires calculés en 

appliquant un taux égal à une fois et demi le taux d’intérêt légal (loi du 31 décembre 1992), sous réserve de toute action en justice intentée pour 

récupérer les sommes dues. 

• Le défaut de paiement d’une seule des échéances prévues entraîne l’exigibilité immédiate et de plein droit, du montant du solde du prix et des 

intérêts courus. Cette clause sera appliquée d’office après qu’une simple demande par lettre recommandée de payer dans les dix jours soit restée 

sans effet et mentionne l’intention du fournisseur d’appliquer la dite clause. 

RÉSERVE DE PROPRIÉTÉ 

• Le vendeur se réserve la propriété des marchandises vendues jusqu’au paiement intégral du prix facturé. Le paiement intégral du prix est ici entendu 

comme le fait de percevoir totalement en caisse le prix prévu par la facture. 

• Les risques de ces marchandises sont transférés à l’acheteur. Il assume la responsabilité des dommages occasionnés ou subis par ces 

marchandises du moment de la livraison au moment du paiement. 

• En cas de revente ou de transformation de ces marchandises, l’acheteur s’engage à informer le vendeur et à lui céder à concurrence des sommes 

restant à régler, les créances des sous-acquéreurs.

ORDER 


SALES CONDITIONS 

• A minimum invoicing of 800 € is required for each first order (except for the fabric by meter). 

• An order confirmation mentioning the delivery date and a pro forma invoice will be sent within 20 days of the date the order was placed. 

• In France, the items will be shipped carriage due or carriage advanced for any order below 1 500 € duty-free. 

• In France, the items will be shipped carriage-paid for any order ≥ to 1 500 € duty-free. 

• All our export prices are ex-works, except for following countries : 

Belgium – Luxembourg – Holland – Germany – Austria – Italy: Carriage-paid for orders ≥ to 800 € 

Switzerland: Carriage-paid for orders ≥ to 2500 € 

Spain: Carriage-paid for orders ≥ to 900 € 

Andorra: Carriage-paid for orders ≥ to 1500 € 

Portugal: Carriage-paid for orders ≥ to 1 000 € 

United-Kingdom: Carriage-paid for orders ≥ to 1200 € 

Ireland: Carriage-paid for orders ≥ to 2000 € 

Goods will be shipped carriage- advanced in case that minimum invoice for carriage-paid is not reached. 

• All items must be inspected as soon as they arrive; no complaint will be accepted beyond 10 days of their delivery. 

• Returned items will not be accepted without prior authorization from our services. 

• Cancellations will not be taken into account after 7 days from the date of the order. 

• Damage claims may not be made for any late deliveries. 

• Furthermore, no delivery can be considered as being late as long as the buyer hasn’t fulfilled his payment obligations towards the vendor. 

SETTLEMENT 

• For each first order of the season, a 30% deposit of the total amount, payable on confirmation, will be required. The items will be put on production 

only after receipt of this deposit. 

• Any delay in the settlement of the deposit will bring about a differed delivery. 

• In case the customer cancels the order, the total amount of the deposit settled is not reimbursable. 

• The balance of the order will be payable by bank transfer 8 days before delivery. 

• Some special conditions can be negotiated. 

• For each repeat-order, the items will be shipped « cash on delivery » and according to the situation a certified bank cheque or bank transfer can be 

required before delivery. 

• In case of credit settlements, the drafts issued by us must be sent back within 8 days from their presentation at the latest, duty accepted and 

domiciled. 

• We charge interest at the current rate for all sums paid after maturity date. 

• Any delay in payment or extension of due date brings about, without any previous formal demand, and with full duty, the pay ability of interest on 

overdue payments calculated by applying a rate which is one and a half the official rate of interest (law of 31 December 1992) subject to any legal 

action taken in order to recover the sum owed. 

• Any default in payment, at scheduled maturity, will lead to, with full duty, the immediate pay ability of the outstanding balance of the price and of 

accrued interest. This clause will be automatically applied following the written request, by registered letter, to pay within ten days if it remains without 

any reply. This demonstrates the supplier’s intention of applying the so called clause. 

OWNERSHIP 

• The vendor keeps its property rights over the goods sold, until integral payment of the invoiced price. Integral payment means total amount mentioned 

on the invoice in the vendor’s cashier. 

• The risk and liabilities for the goods are transferred to the buyer. He assumes the responsibilities of damages caused or supported by these goods 

from delivery until full payment. 

• In case of resale or integration of these goods, the buyer grants to inform the vendor and to transfer to him, within the limit of the remaining amount of 

money due, the receivable implied over the sub buyers. 

• (All disputes shall be deferred to the courts of Paris).
