WASHINGTON - In an echo of the Gulf<br />

War, United States aircraft poun<strong>de</strong>d an Iraqi<br />

anti-aircraft site in the northern air-exclusion<br />

zone Thursday after it had fired two missiles,<br />

the Pentagon said.<br />

The Americans struck the Iraqi site first with<br />
